Case #1: Tooth #4 with decay to the pulp and irreversible pulpitis. Patient did not want root canal therapy due to having had a bad experience with it previously. Tooth #4 received an implant (Neodent) and was restored to the patient's satisfaction. Zero Bone Loss Concepts followed.

Case #2: Tooth #10 immediate implant placement and restoration 12 weeks later. Torque was >35 NCM upon insertion. Implant (Neodent) healed uneventfully following proper bone protocol
